You can request permanent deletion of your Law365 account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly what happens.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details
- Chat history and AI conversations
- Saved drafts and documents
- Search and activity history
What we retain
- Records required by law (e.g. billing/tax records, where applicable)
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that can't identify you

How it works

Submit your request
Fill in the form below with the email registered on your Law365 account. Your email app will open with the request pre-filled — just hit send.

We verify it's you
We confirm the request came from your registered email before touching any data.

Deletion completes within 30 days
You'll get a confirmation email once your account and data are permanently deleted.
Request deletion
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
